The specialty coffee world heads to Belgium this June. World of Coffee 2026, the Specialty Coffee Association's flagship European event, runs from 25 to 27 June 2026 at Brussels Expo — the first time the event has been hosted in Belgium.
Over three days, the show brings the entire specialty supply chain into one venue: a large exhibition floor, cupping rooms, workshops and the SCA Lecture Series on sustainability, science and business. For green coffee, the Producer Village and the Green Coffee Connect networking space put buyers and origin face to face — one of the year's best European moments for direct sourcing.
Brussels also hosts several of the 2026 World Coffee Championships, including the World Brewers Cup, the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship and the World Coffee Roasting Championship, alongside the Best New Product Competition and the Coffee Design Awards.
The SCA has already named Lisbon, Portugal as the European host city for 2027.
As a Colombian green coffee exporter, La Familia Café follows the event closely — it reflects the same shift toward traceable, high-scoring, single-farm coffee that defines our lots from Nariño and Risaralda.
