Risaralda lies in Colombia's central coffee axis (Eje Cafetero), a region of steep green hillsides and generations-deep coffee culture. Its farms tend toward rounded, sweet, well-balanced cups with gentle acidity. The micro-lots below come from family-run farms in Risaralda, each cupped and graded to the CQI protocol by our experienced Q-grader.
